Baby Update

Where to start . . . things are going really well with Baby Clover. I am 25 wks today and as of my doctor's appt on Wednesday I am back at my pre-pregnancy weight. Which is a blessing and a curse at the same time. Like many Americans I am heavier than I should be and losing almost 25 lbs was great. At the same time, doing so when I am pregnant isn't ideal. I am hoping to be able to keep additional weight gain to a minimum, but I guess we'll see. I'm getting into this hungry all the time phase. And well I'm trying to eat healthy, sometimes an apple just doesn't cut it :)

Baby seems to be going great. She is kicking and moving a lot now. The other night she was kicking me with her heal and would not stop. Of course, this was then I was trying to get to sleep :(. She seems to be very active at that time of the day. It's really amazing to experience, the miracle of life happen inside me.

We are slowly prepping for baby. It's a little overwhelming to think of all the things you need to purchase or register for. Mark and I went to Buy Buy Baby a week or so ago and I was completely overwhelmed. I am going to have to recruit a seasoned momma to help me I guess.

Not much else going on in our lives. We are hanging out in TC for the weekend. Mark has a dentist and eye appt. Yes, my husband still goes to the doctor in his hometown. Eventually I wall convince him to change, for the time being I just enjoy giving him a hard time about it.
