I am looking for a little advice. Mark had a slight issue with the skewers lighting on fire. Any ideas on how to stop that from happening?

If you soak the skewers in water for an hour or so before you use them, they shouldn't catch on fire.

ReplyDeleteWe either soak ours in water first or pack the skewers so full that only a tiny bit is showing on each end - that part chars but doesn't flame up. We've tried the metal ones but they are just a pain to clean so I don't think it's worth it. :)
