Where Does The Time Go

I'm always amazed on where the time goes. The summer is almost gone. Wow! Mark and I have been married for over 3 months. Wow! It makes me think about how much I've missed. In our busy, rushing around, what's next life, why can't I just sit and enjoy. I started a new job this week and it made me realize that how much I didn't do or enjoy while I was off. I was going to spend time with my nephew and nieces . . . reconnect with old friends . . . spend more time with my Heavenly Father . . . and maybe my earthly one too. And I don't feel like I did any of that. I guess since the job is part-time, I can still work on it.

I am tired . . . I forgot how much work can take out of you. But at the end of week one I am loving it.

Last weekend was very busy so I will admit I was tired to start the week. Our cousin Jeff married a beautiful girl named Erin on Friday night. And as a result we have Uncle James, Aunt Mary, Brian, Julie and the amazing Kaylee staying at our house. I was really nervous about having that many people in our house but it turned out great. Which is good, because I'm sure it won't be the last time. The wedding was very simple and elegant. And I'm exited to have another cousin in Erin. She's a sweet girl. The best part of the weekend was meeting this guy:

Our nephew Amanuel. Or A. Or AC. He is about the cutest thing I have seen. And a happy baby too. The first grand baby on the Clover side. Get ready for from spoiling :)

  1. If you think life is busy now - wait until you have kids. There is NEVER time to sit down - unless you go somewhere else. (That's iffy too)
