33

What to say . . . . I am really sick of this "diet" and don't know how many more varieties of meat and potato's I can come up with. I have had to "cheat" a few times. I know that isn't good, but it was either that or go crazy. But on the good side . . . pretty much headache free. That has been amazing. I honestly don't remember the last time I've had a large group of headache free days. But I also am hoping I don't have to go the rest of my life with dairy, tomato's and bread. That would be very frustrating.

Two weeks ago I celebrated my 33rd birthday. Ugg. Not really ready to be 1/2 way to 35. Where does the time go? I'm honestly not sure. It has totally gotten away from me. The weekend of my birthday Mark & I stayed at PrairieSide Suites in Grandville. It is an amazing Bed and Breakfast. We stayed in the Spanish Hacienda. It was a very relaxing night and great start to my birthday weekend. On Monday, Mark & I both had the day off from work. We slept in, ran some errands during the day, went to Rio Grande for supper and then went to the Butterflies @ Night at FMG. It was a very relaxing day.

The sad part of the weekend was that Grandpa Katerberg was put into Hospice. That is always a hard decision. His health has not been the best for awhile so it wasn't a surprise. However, it has brought up a lot of feeling from when my Grandpa Bronsink was in Hospice. I still miss him a lot. So many things have happen in my life that I wish he could have been a part of. He was an amazing grandfather.

Mark's grandpa is a pretty amazing guy too. When Mark & I started dating about 5 years ago . . . he was still working on the farm. He was part owner of Katerberg VerHage Landscaping for many years. He has been a great example to the whole family for a long time. Even thought I've only been a part of the family for short time, I can see that. And I have to give a shout out to people that work at Hospice facilities. They are awesome.
